About our products
Every item we sell is made to order — printed specifically for you after you place your order, rather than picked from pre-made stock. Because of this, production takes a few business days before your order ships; see our Shipping Info page for current timelines.
Using the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission
- Upload or submit anything illegal, infringing, or harmful
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hello@veliova.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy that product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if we suspect fraud, if a pricing error occurred, or if an item is no longer available — in which case we'll refund any payment already made. Prices are shown in USD and are re-verified at checkout to guard against display errors.
Shipping and risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss for your order pass to you once the item is handed to the shipping carrier. See our Shipping Info page for delivery estimates and our Returns page for what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, and site content on Veliova are original or licensed for our use and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or branding without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veliova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
