Veliova ("we", "us", "our") is an independent, artist-run print-on-demand store selling original graphic apparel and gifts. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

- Print-on-demand manufacturing partners, who receive your name, shipping address, and order details so they can print and ship your item directly to you.

- Our website and email infrastructure providers, who host the store and help us communicate with you.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep your data
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you'd like your account and personal data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
