30-day returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email hello@veliova.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
Change-of-mind returns
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we ask that change-of-mind returns (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.) be requested within the 30-day window and be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Reach out and we'll get it sorted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
