How long does it take to make my order?
Since every item is printed to order, production takes about 3–5 business days before your order ships. See our Shipping Info page for full delivery estimates.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because production starts quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within a short window after you order. Email us at hello@veliova.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment securely through PayPal, including major debit and credit cards via PayPal's guest checkout.

What print method do you use?
Most designs are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) or direct-to-film (DTF) printing, depending on the item — both produce vibrant, detailed prints that hold up well over time. Some items use embroidery.
How do I care for my item?
To keep your print looking its best: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low (or hang dry). Avoid ironing directly on the print.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product and is shown on each product page, along with a size guide where available.
