Made to order
Every Veliova item is printed specifically for your order rather than pulled from pre-made stock. That means production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships — this is what makes it possible for us to offer such a wide range of designs, sizes, and products without waste.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 1–2 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking your order
You can track your order any time from your account's order history once it ships. If you checked out as a guest, your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email.
International shipping
We ship to a number of countries outside the US. International delivery times and any customs fees vary by destination and are outside our control — customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or tracking shows an issue, contact us at hello@veliova.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our shipping carrier.
