Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data processed during your orders, your exchanges with Veliova and your navigation on the site.

Data controller

Veliova, in France, is responsible for data processing linked to its IPTV service activity described on this page. For any questions or requests relating to your data: contact@veliova.com.

Data we collect

  • Order: surname, first name, email address, subscription plan, order amount and status; telephone number or messaging ID, country and city, when provided.
  • Customer account: identifier, contact details and order history if you create an account.
  • Support and forms: information entered, message, order number and technical elements that you transmit.
  • Subscribe to news: email address and registration request, when you use the form provided.
  • Payment : references, status and information necessary to monitor the transaction. Bank details and payment data are processed by the chosen service provider.
  • Navigation: technical information and original visit data linked to the functions activated on the site, in particular the allocation of orders.

Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms. Without the necessary information, ordering or responding to your request may not be possible. Do not send card data, passwords or sensitive documents in a contact form.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Execution of the contract: order management, activation, account and subscription support.
  • Legal obligations: conservation of documents and processing of requests imposed by regulations.
  • Legitimate interests: site security, abuse prevention and complaint tracking, subject to your rights.
  • Consent when required: commercial communications and optional trackers.

You can request the cessation of commercial communications at contact@veliova.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.

Recipients

The information is accessible to those who need it to manage orders, support and the site, as well as to the relevant service providers: payment, technical infrastructure and message transmission. A legal request may also result in their disclosure to the competent authorities.

If you use a third-party email service, its provider processes the data on its own terms. Transfers outside the European Economic Area must be based on an authorized mechanism when required; you can request details at our contact address. For information on recipients, countries concerned and applicable guarantees, write to Veliova.

Retention periods

Order information and supporting documents are kept for the periods imposed by applicable law; in France, the accounting documents concerned are in principle kept for ten years. Data useful to the account and support is kept according to the purpose of the processing, then deleted or archived when legal obligations and dispute management allow it.

Closing an account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all order documents. To request deletion of data or to find out the duration applicable to specific information, contact Veliova.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and storage necessary for the shopping cart, the order session and account connection. The order attribution feature is also enabled to associate an order with visit origin information.

Optional trackers subject to consent may only be used with the required choice of the data subject. The text of this policy does not replace a system for collecting choices. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them can prevent certain essential functions from working.

Your rights

Under the conditions provided for by the regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability. You can also withdraw consent for the future.

Send your request to contact@veliova.com, describing the information concerned. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Requests are processed within the deadlines provided for by the GDPR, in principle one month, with justified extension in authorized cases. You can file a complaint with the CNIL or the competent authority in your country.

Security

Security is based on account access, site tools and service providers used. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details confidential and report any suspicious use to Veliova.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or treatments. The update date is at the top of the page.
